Haley Higgins

Haley is a born and raised Windsor native that is excited to bring her skills to her hometown to help others find the look that makes them feel their best. She is a graduate from the International Institute of Cosmetology in Wethersfield. While there, she developed her passion for beauty and style into a love for hairdressing. In addition to hairstyling, Haley also lends her skills as a make up artist to the Trendsetters team. She is eager to add to her growing number of clientele and looks forward to hearing for you!
