Karen Taravella

Karen started in the beauty industry nearly thirty years ago. She began her career at Trendsetters, where she worked for ten years, before venturing out on her own. For eighteen years Karen owned the very successful salon and day spa, Headlines, in East Windsor, CT.
Throughout those eighteen years, Karen was an educator for Artease Color Systems and Color Proof Haircare through a local distributor. Through teaching Karen traveled extensively, including California, Rhode Island and New York, educating other stylists in various coloring and cutting techniques.
In 2018 Karen decided to once again join the Trendsetters team where she is able to focus solely on the clientele and artistic aspect of her career. Karen's specializes in many coloring and cutting techniques and loves designing a look and style that is just right for her client.
